In a world gone crazy, it's more important than ever to practice physical and mental health wellness. This meditation series is designed for you if you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, uncertain of the future, loss or grief. In just 2 weeks, you will come to understand what anxiety is, why you are experiencing it and how to empower yourself to cultivate tools to ease your pain and discomfort. This workshop is educational, experiential and was developed based on my own personal experience with anxiety, coupled with the latest research into how Mindfulness can reset your nervous system. You will receive all recordings plus 2 bonus informational videos. Additionally, there will be a closed Facebook group where we can connect as a community and support one another during the 2 weeks and after.
