Mindfulness Meditation teaches us about who you are, how you relate to others and how you navigate the world in which you live.  By developing the "muscle of mindfulness" you cultivate more wisdom, kindness and compassion for yourself, others and our world.  These qualities are essential at this time in human history for creating a more accepting and sustainable world.  It is my honor and pleasure to lead you on this journey.

A free community class open to anyone interested in deep discussion.  Bring your lunch and curiosity as we dive into various topics on yoga philosophy and meditation, as well as issues pertaining to self-development and supporting social & paradigm change for the benefit of all beings.
