Take a break from your day to pause and regroup.  This FREE 10-minute session is curated to refresh your mind as you prepare for your evening.  You will be inspired to create a daily ritual of letting go of your work day and inviting in a calmer energy.  This practice will also prepare you for a good night's sleep.

Mindfulness Meditation teaches us about who you are, how you relate to others and how you navigate the world in which you live.  By developing the "muscle of mindfulness" you cultivate more wisdom, kindness and compassion for yourself, others and our world.  These qualities are essential at this time in human history for creating a more accepting and sustainable world.  It is my honor and pleasure to lead you on this journey.
