Mindfulness Meditation to Calm an Anxious World

Tues 1/4 & Thurs 1/6  @ 7:00pm
Tues 1/11 & Thurs 1/13 @ 7:00pm
4 sessions/2 weeks @ $100

In a world gone crazy, it's more important than ever to practice physical and mental health wellness.  This meditation series is designed for you if you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, uncertain of the future, loss or grief.

In just 2 weeks, you will come to understand what anxiety is, why you are experiencing it and how to empower yourself to cultivate tools to ease your pain and discomfort.

This workshop is educational, experiential and was developed based on my own personal experience with anxiety, coupled with the latest research into how Mindfulness can reset your nervous system.

You will receive all recordings plus 2 bonus informational videos.  Additionally, there will be a closed Facebook group where we can connect as a community and support one another during the 2 weeks and after.

This series is the first in a total of 3 series to help Calm an Anxious World.  Click the button to register for a calmer self.

Mindfulness Meditation teaches us about who you are, how you relate to others and how you navigate the world in which you live.  By developing the "muscle of mindfulness" you cultivate more wisdom, kindness and compassion for yourself, others and our world.  These qualities are essential at this time in human history for creating a more accepting and sustainable world.  It is my honor and pleasure to lead you on this journey.
